Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of total coding and printing technologies that meet the needs of manufacturers and sets new industry standards in quality and reliability, is unlike working anywhere else. They are currently looking for an addition to their Region Sales Team:  Account Manager - MidWest. 

In this role, you will:
·         Understand your market/territory to develop activity plans and market penetration plans
·         Meet or exceed all performance metrics with regards to activity and closed business
·         Manage assigned customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction while looking to deepen and strengthen relationship with the company
·         Work collaboratively with all internal resources to meet and exceed customers’ needs
·         Perform on-site demonstrations of company technology when needed
·         Utilize Salesforce.com to manage your business
·         This position will be based in the Los Angeles market and manage a territory consisting of the following counties: Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara
What you bring to them:
·         Desire to learn and grow
·         Bachelor level degree in Business, Business Administration in Management, or engineering preferred
·         At least 5-10 years’ experience in sales
·         Proven track record in achieving sales targets
·         Strong business acumen, numerate and commercially aware
·         Comfortable with working in a rapidly changing environment
·         Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations etc.) 
·         Excellent interpersonal skills - able to liaise, gain commitment and “buy-in” to ideas
