 Degree:  BS Business or related degree
Years of Experience: 3+ years minimum
Compensation:  $75,000 based on experience with a 5% annual target bonus

Must have at least 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience handling both exempt and non-exempt staffing needs within manufacturing or distribution operations (no agency).  This position will recruit for roles such as sales and sales engineers, engineers, customer service representatives, as well as, shop assemblers and warehouse type positions within a manufacturing division (minimal travel .  The position will report into a Senior Director of HR for the division with functional alignment to the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager.  Must have an active sourcing philosophy with the ability to create systems for building sourcing talent!
Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for the division and work in partnership with the corporate Talent Acquisition Team to ensure and enhance effective hiring needs and strategies.  Source candidates, screen/interview, utilize company applicant tracking system, extend offers and facilitate the pre-employment process
