General Manager- Staffing Solutions
Our Client is a growing leader in the Staffing Business.  They offer a refreshing culture that offers a personal, passionate and productive touch to business as well as full benefits. They are looking to expand its brand awareness and presence heavily throughout the NYC Metro Market. The General Manager will be in a position to ultimately take over for the owner of the company

The General Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all sales and revenue initiatives. The GM will ensure short and long-term revenue growth, including setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals while identifying and pursuing new revenue streams. The GM will have responsibility for building and organizing the sales organization as well as training, developing, and hiring a best-in-class team.

The position reports to the EVP and owner of the company. You will work out of the Manhattan Office on a daily basis.

  • Develop, implement, and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies
  • Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Understand, streamline and optimize current processes
  • Forecast revenue projections based on sales team performance
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop/optimize case studies, and overall messaging
  • Work closely with other cross-functional teams as needed
  • Need to be a road warrior, mobile, regularity working at all regions
  • Need to be in front of clients and in front of key personal
  • Manage metric and measurements – SalesForce
  • 10+ years in a leadership role at a Staffing company
  • Consistently demonstrated high performance selling and management of top performing sales teams
  • Consistently achieved aggressive sales and company goals
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, manage and retain top sales team
  • Knowledge & experience with both inside and outside sales
  • Adept at selling across multiple products
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute at a high level
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excel at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
