TITLE: Director Care Management(Case Management)
LOCATION: Outside of Wichita, Kansas

SUMMARY:
Plans, directs, and administers the activities of the staff and Care Mgmt. services.  
Ensures compliance with regulations, policies and procedures necessary to meet all accrediting regulations. 

Collaborates with medical and professional staff of other departments to plan/coordinate joint patient and management objectives.
Ensures optimal allocation of staff to workload ratios, to meet budgetary goals/objectives.
Prepares department budget to ensure operational costs are within organizational goals.
Coordinates departmental projects and instructs staff in the development and implementation of new test capabilities. 
Ensures departmental compliance and maintains a quality control program to comply with organizational, departmental specific policies/procedures, safety and health standards, and state/federal regulations and accrediting agencies.
Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree as an RN or Social Worker.
5+ YEARS EXTENSIVE CARE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE and operational knowledge including all regulations and requirements of accrediting agencies.
Current licensure eligible to be as an RN or BSW in the State of Kansas. 
Healthcare Provider BLS – if BLS is not American Heart Association, AHA BLS is required within three months of hire.

The facility is offering a salary range between 79K-119K depending on experience and a great benefit package and some relocation is offered.
