Client hiring 3-5 Account Managers!

Account Managers are given a book of business to manage and grow. Clients are independent retail business owners and buyers. Account Managers will drive sales growth, meet quarterly sales quotas, manage and grow existing accounts, develop new accounts and reactivate dormant ones.  Execute various sales programs and promotions, and manage detailed account planning and scheduling into the CRM system.
 
Client has created a generous base salary and commission plan that rewards drive, goal attainment, and strong sales efforts. Earning potential is uncapped and 50K to 70K is attainable within your first year. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing retail accounts selling directly to business-owners and buyers
  • Reactivate dormant accounts, develop new
  • Determine customer needs by analyzing market demographics, past purchases,  SKU performance and store business goals
  • Increase account business by upselling, cross-selling, etc.
  • Build rapport with customers to provide world class service
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals set for territory including new account activation
  • Develop and focus activities to achieve annual sales plan
 
Requirements
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 6 months or more of retail or B2B sales
  • Ability and comfort with B2B sales and selling over the phone
  • Experience selling decorative products, housewares, giftware, collectibles, toys, crafts, etc is a plus
  • Fast paced, highly transactional environment with quick turnaround expectations
  • Customer focused and dedication to a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive, growth mindset, eager to learn how to be successful
